By accessing growwithjoshi.com or purchasing any course or service from Grow With Joshi (operated by Joshi Thomas Konikkara, Thrissur, Kerala), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. About Our Services

Grow With Joshi offers:

  • Free live webinars (every 2nd and 4th Saturday via Zoom)
  • Paid online courses in Malayalam on AI, cyber safety and related topics
  • Free resources including PDF guides and YouTube videos
  • WhatsApp community channels for updates and learning
  • One-on-one and group coaching sessions

2. Course Enrolment and Payment

  • Course fees are clearly listed on our Courses page
  • Payment is accepted via UPI (GPay/PhonePe/Paytm), bank transfer, or Razorpay
  • UPI ID: growwithjoshi1@oksbi
  • Enrolment is confirmed after payment verification via WhatsApp
  • Course access is granted within 24 hours of payment confirmation

3. Intellectual Property

All content on growwithjoshi.com — including videos, PDFs, course materials, articles, images and text — is the intellectual property of Joshi Thomas Konikkara / Grow With Joshi and is protected under Indian copyright law.

  • You may not reproduce, redistribute, sell or share course materials without written permission
  • Personal use and learning is permitted and encouraged
  • Screenshots or excerpts for personal notes are acceptable; mass distribution is not

4. Disclaimer of Results

Our courses and resources provide education and information. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, income levels or career results from using our content. Individual results depend on personal effort, context and circumstances. Testimonials shown represent individual experiences and are not typical guarantees.

5. Free Webinar Terms

  • Free webinars are open to all registered participants
  • Recording of sessions without permission is strictly prohibited
  • Disruptive behaviour will result in removal from the session
  • Webinar schedules may change — updates will be communicated via WhatsApp

6. User Conduct

When participating in our webinars, communities or courses, you agree not to:

  • Share harmful, abusive or illegal content in any Grow With Joshi community
  • Spam or misuse our WhatsApp channels
  • Impersonate Joshi Thomas Konikkara or Grow With Joshi
  • Use our content for commercial purposes without permission

7. Limitation of Liability

Grow With Joshi and Joshi Thomas Konikkara shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of our website, courses or services. Our total liability in any case shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific course or service in question.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Thrissur, Kerala, India. We encourage resolution through direct communication before any legal action.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify major changes via WhatsApp channel.
