• Join our WhatsApp channel or community — your WhatsApp number (managed by Meta/WhatsApp, not us directly)

We also collect standard technical data automatically — page views, browser type, device type and approximate location (city level) through Google Analytics and Google Search Console. This data is anonymous and non-identifiable.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To send you the Zoom link for webinars you registered for
• To confirm your course enrolment and provide course access
• To send weekly resources, AI tips and announcements via WhatsApp (only if you subscribed)
• To respond to your contact form enquiries
• To improve our website content and user experience using anonymous analytics

We do not use your information for automated profiling, targeted advertising or any purpose not listed above.

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell, rent or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We may share limited data only in these circumstances:

• Payment processing: UPI payments via GPay/Razorpay are processed by those platforms under their own privacy policies
• Email delivery: Contact form emails are processed through Zoho Mail (GDPR compliant)
• Legal requirement: If required by law or court order

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on secure servers hosted by Hostinger (EU-compliant infrastructure). We use HTTPS encryption on all pages. WhatsApp communications are end-to-end encrypted by Meta.

We retain your data only as long as necessary — typically for the duration of our course/service relationship plus one year. You may request deletion at any time.

5. Cookies

Our website uses minimal cookies:

• Language preference cookie — stores your Malayalam/English language choice. Expires after 30 days.
• Google Analytics cookies — anonymous usage statistics. You can opt out via your browser settings or Google's opt-out tool.

We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels or retargeting cookies.
